As an experienced Financial Advisor, Duane advises high net-worth individuals, business owners, corporate retirement plans and charitable foundations through the intricacies of wealth management, asset allocation strategies, fixed income portfolios and tax managed investing.
Duane has over 18 year’s experience as an investment advisory representative. Prior to joining Umpqua Investments, Duane was Vice President-Wealth Management with Smith Barney for over 10 years in the Portland, Oregon branch. Prior to Smith Barney, Duane was Assistant Vice President-Senior Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch in Portland, Oregon.
Duane graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management in 1989. While in college Duane was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and served in many different executive level positions within the fraternity. Duane also played club level golf and tennis in college.
Duane is a native Oregonian and spends most of his free time enjoying sports with his children. He is an avid golfer and runner in his spare time. Duane makes his home in Portland.
