Evan's practice focuses on providing customized wealth management solutions to individuals and businesses. Using a comprehensive financial planning approach, he is able to guide his clients through the many complexities of their overall financial position to help them achieve their financial dreams. This approach has enabled Evan to build long-lasting relationships with clients and their families.
Prior to joining Umpqua Investments in 2009, Evan was an advisor with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Santa Rosa, California. He started his career in 1998 as a financial advisor at Paine Webber Inc., which was later acquired by UBS Financial Services, also in Santa Rosa, California.
Evan graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1998 with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics. Playing football at U.C. Berkeley taught him that hard work and dedication can help you achieve any goal as long as you stay committed. Evan holds FINRA licenses 7, 63, and 65 as well as his life insurance license.
Evan is active in the community and volunteers for several non-profit organizations. He currently holds the position of National President of the service club Active 20-30 USA & Canada. He has also been deeply involved in his local Active 20-30 club as well as in his local Kiwanis club for over 10 years. Evan was awarded the Presidents Volunteer Service Award in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 for his volunteer efforts in his community.
